Fermenting Veggies 101


Have you been wanting to learn how to ferment your own vegetables and enjoy the gut health benefits? Join Farmer Ashley and learn how to make your own traditional fermented sauerkraut. You will learn how to ferment in both a small-batch jar and a large-batch ceramic crock.

Each student will take home their own half-pint jar of finished kraut.

Children are welcome and free as long as you bring extra hands and eyes to watch over them while you attend class. The farm is full of potential hazards. Pls purchase a ticket for each adult attending in your group.

We have room for 20 students in this class.
