Guatemala: Crop cycle after crop cycle this one never disappoints. Grown at high altitudes in volcanic soil and fertilized by tropical birds, this coffee is smooth, full, and well-balanced with big chocolate and a long clean finish.

Mexican: Once considered a country that produced sub par coffee, NO LONGER. This one is close to my heart, since it was the hard work and collaborative effort of TBC, an importer, and the farm that has developed this highly prized world class coffee. Big citrus, tangerine and orange fused with milk chocolate creating sweet and balanced coffee.
The Vast majority of farmers are from eight Oaxacan indigenous ethnicities and 25% are women. CEPCO is a pioneer in agro-ecology, fair trade and the organization of women producers (Oaxaca State Coffee Producers Network).
Colombian: Full-bodied, syrupy mouthfeel; snappy with a sweet well-rounded finish.
An organic cooperative of family-owned farms in Montalvo which is located within the municipality of Planadas in Tolima, Colombia. Founded in 2013, AGPROCEM is made up of about 35 members, 10 of whom are women.
Espresso Medium: Smooth, full-bodied with a sweet finish. Add steamed milk and you will have a bright, chocolaty, euphoric cup of coffee with no trace of carbon or bitterness.
Blend 70: City roast consisting of carefully sourced beans to produce a full-flavored, medium-bodied, super smooth cup. Works great as a medium espresso.
Decaf: Swiss Water Process. For those of you that want a nice full cup of coffee that is excellent with any preparation. This is as good as Decaf can get. An Italian roast that is rich, smooth, and clean.
